SHIPPING INFORMATION

U.S. Customers (including AK, HI, PR)

For all orders, shipping is calculated by size, weight and destination.  All available shipping options and prices will show at checkout.  If you wish to have FedEx as an option, you must have entered a street address for delivery.  Make sure to review your order before you complete it!   For the safety of our customers, we cannot add to a completed order.   We try to get all orders out the same day or the next business day. 

Current Average Delivery Times:

USPS Economy Shipping is 1-4 weeks and does NOT include any tracking.

USPS Standard Shipping is 1-4 weeks and does include tracking.

USPS Priority Shipping is 2-5 business days and does include tracking.

FedEx 2Day** is 2-3 business days and does include tracking.

FedEx Ground is 5-7 business days and does include tracking.

**Orders with FedEx 2Day shipping selected must be placed before 10am PST for them to possibly get out the same business day.  The FedEx 2Day option is calculated on 2 business days and orders shipped out on Thursdays will have a Monday delivery estimate.  FedEx orders placed later on Friday or over the weekend will go out on Monday as we are closed weekends.

Please note: These are only delivery estimates.  Carriers are NOT guaranteeing their delivery times during this crisis and we are not responsible for any delays in the delivery time once your package has shipped. 


All International Customers (including Canada):

For all orders, shipping is calculated by size, weight and destination.  All available shipping options and prices will show at checkout.  We are required to put customs forms on all packages over 1 pound or packages that are considered bulky. Customer is responsible for any customs fees due at their end.  Average delivery time for Economy Shipping is 2-6 weeks.  Please make sure to select a quicker shipping option if you are in need of your purchase faster. 

Please note, orders that have chosen a shipping option that states "No tracking / No reship" will not be reshipped if lost in transit.  If you are concerned about your package arriving safely, please make sure to choose a shipping option that DOES NOT specify "No tracking / No reship" on shipping option.  Many countries have poor mail delivery for one reason or another and we will not be responsible for orders lost in the mail if the customer does not chose a shipping option that includes tracking.

 We do NOT ship plywood outside the U.S.
